    Two eggs and 1/2 cup of flour couldn't possibly make 12 cupcakes using 5 cm liners. And it really didn't. I made six 5 cm cupcakes that puffed up but not to the edge of the liner like in the photo. I would also add more oil and cornstarch for tender and fluffier cakes.

    This was the perfect little light breakfast for on the go, I was looking for! As I avoid sugar big time but have a sweet tooth anyways, I substituted sugar with honey, which I added after the flower sifting, so the mixture doesn't break down too fast. It turned out great! And the sweetness on the contrary to sone other recipes here on yummly is kept perfectly light which I prefer any time over that huge oberload that sticks your mouth together. If you take honey, they will turn out slightly flatter than the originals but still look and taste perfectly fine! 5stars from me ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
