- 1/2 tsp. white pepper (or use all black if you don't have white)
- 1/2 tsp. granulated garlic
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 2 tsp. toasted sesame oil
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. Chinese cooking wine (Shaoxing, key ingredient - but you can use dry sherry or white wine in a pinch)
- 2 eggs
- 3 Tbsp. corn starch
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1 cup white vinegar
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 Tbsp. sweet paprika
- 1/2 cup Sriracha

ok so ive made the wings as th recipe states and ive made the sauce . Great excep take the skin off the wings if you use the batter. Tonight I marinate wings in soy sauce and sesame oil for one hour. made a floyr/garlic powder/season salt/black pepper mix. rolled wings in it. fried for 13 minutes and then dropped frying wings out of grease into sauce and OMG delicious!
