- 2 1/2 cups cooked chicken breasts (shredded)
- 3 cups red cabbage (shredded)
- 1 large carrot (finely shredded)
- 1 cup snow peas (ends trimmed and julienned)
- 1 red bell pepper (thinly sliced)
- 1/4 cup cilantro (loosely packed, chopped)
- 1/4 cup green onions (chopped)
- 3 Tbsp. seasoned rice vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. canola oil
- 3 Tbsp. Asian sweet chili sauce (3 has a little more heat)
- 3 Tbsp. low sodium soy sauce
- 2 tsp. sriracha (optional)
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt (EACH, ginger, garlic powder)
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 Tbsp. lime juice (optional*)
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise (or yogurt or a combo)
- 1 Tbsp. Asian sweet chili sauce
- 6 Flatout Flatbreads (I use Multi-grain with Flax)
- 6 romaine lettuce leaves (optional if assembling in advance)
