- 3 green onion (whites and light green, thinly sliced)
- 4 oz. ramen noodles (broken into pieces)
- 1/4 cup chopped almonds
- 2 Tbsp. sesame seeds
- 1 handful fresh cilantro (chopped, optional)
- 3 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. honey
- 2 Tbsp. rice wine vinegar
- 1 1/2 tsp. freshly grated ginger
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tsp. sesame oil
- 1 pinch salt (and pepper)
