I would highly recommend it. I had all ingredients in my cupboard. Fantastic marinade so I will put the small amount left on our pork chops another night.

Turned out very moist and tasty. Hubby requested seconds! (Since my rack wasn’t tall enough to hold the water without touching the bottom of the pork, I used a smaller sheet on a lower rack. Unfortunately I didn’t have fresh ginger, so I substituted 1t ginger powder and thought it could have used more.) Would definitely make again.
