- 1 bunch cilantro (or about 1 cup packed, stems OK)
- 1 bunch Italian parsley (about 1 cup packed, thin stems OK)
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice (1-2 limes)
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. smoked paprika (optional –only if you like smokey flavor)

Loved it. I made it with rice noodles it was delicious. Next time I need to make more sauce. I will definitely make again.

Delicious! We paired it with cilantro lime cauliflower rice. Definitely making its way into our regular rotation!

So healthy and so easy to make!! I'll definitely be making this again. The recipe says you only need half of the chimichurri, so I actually used the second half to marinade some carne asada that I grilled the next day! Another bomb recipe!
