Added 1/2 cup fresh mint, and 1/2 cup fresh oregano. Maybe needed a bit more olive oil. Maybe scallions instead of red onions? Very nice flavor! Marinate chicken, steak, shrimp, vegetables, really anything you want. Also serve on the side as a dipping sauce, and dip your bread in it too! Yum!

Perfectly paired with steak. New favorite side sauce. Added extra garlic and red pepper flakes.
