- 1 onion (big sized, cut into cubes)
- 3 garlic cloves (. 3~4)
- 1 Tbsp. garlic paste (Ginger)
- 1 capsicum (medium sized or 2 small sized, chopped /cubed)
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. soya sauce (Black)
- salt (to taste)
- 1 tomato (chopped)
- 1 Tbsp. tomato sauce
- sugar
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper (freshly grounded)
- sauce (11. 2 green chilly slit lengthwise. You can also use Green /Red Chilly, here as per your liking)
- 1 tsp. lemon juice (. This brings the tangy taste which kids will like)
- 6 Tbsp. vegetable oil (I used Sunflower Oil)
- 2 tsp. corn (Flower / Arrowroot powder)
- 1 tsp. melted butter (optional)
