- 1/2 tsp. chilli flakes
- 1/2 tsp. dried oregano
- 100 grams cheddar (cut into cubes)
- 1 egg
- 400 grams crushed tomatoes (2 cans)
- 1 brown onion (medium, finely diced)
- 1 red chilli (long, finely diced)
- 2 garlic cloves (crushed)
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1 Tbsp. dried oregano
- 6 basil leaves
- 1 cup water
- 500 grams spaghetti (4 serving packet)
- Parmesan (to sprinkle)
