- 1 inch ginger (chopped)
- 1 garlic clove (chopped)
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro (and some for garnish, optional)
- 1/4 tsp. salt (or more to taste)

- 1 jalapeno (or fresno chili, chopped, optional)
