- 1 spring onion

- 2 tsp. Spanish smoked paprika
- 1 tsp. dried oregano

- 2 tsp. chopped parsley
- 1 boiled egg (diced)
- balsamic vinegar (caramelised black)

Directions
- In a food processor, blend all ingredients very well until the result is a nice creamy soup.
- Garnish with chopped parsley, diced egg and a few drops of caramelised balsamic vinegar.
