- 1/2 tsp. chili powder
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp. smoked paprika
- 1/4 tsp. cocoa powder
- 1/4 tsp. canela
- 3 tsp. oregano

- 1 jalapeno (de-seeded and sliced)

- 2 tsp. cornstarch (or arrowroot powder)

- 4 Tbsp. nutritional yeast
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 4 flour tortillas (soft, to assemble)
- 1 tsp. polenta cornmeal
