Nice and easy, no fuss. I added butternut squash and topped it with Parmesan cheese and crushed crackers which I put in oven to melt cheese. It made it feel like a casserole.

Nice flavour and very easy to prepare! Use a Sharp knife to chop, and don't remove the skin of the sweet potatoes

Simple and tasty! I didn't want it to be too spicy so I only put half the chili powder and used ground turmeric for the other half. It also cooked much faster so I'm guessing I made baby cubes!

It was good. Something different. I used frozen cubed sweet potatoes to save time. Next time I would either add more salt or a little brown sugar to enhance the natural sweetness of the potatoes.
