- 10 oz. green chili (Whole)
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar
- 2 eggs (beaten)
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/8 cup flour
- 1 tsp. cumin
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper

Directions
- Brown meat & onion, drain
- Add cumin, salt & pepper, stir til well mixed
- Line bottom of pan with green chili's, save some aside to dice
- Layer meat over chilis, top w/cheese & diced chilis
- Whisk eggs, milk & flour. Pour over dish
