Fantastic recipe. I love chili rellenos but they can be taxing to make. This recipe gives all the flavor of them without the hassle. Only thing I changed was the cheese (but this ingredient is interchangeable based upon personal taste and preference. This is one of very few recipes that no adjustments are needed
