I added a couple of spoon of olive oil during baking, used fresh coriander instead of ground, and more fish sauce since I hadn’t coconut aminos nor chilli paste. The result was wonderful! Tasty, healthy, easy and a good start for personal interpretation. Love it!

I think grilling these wings for the last 5 mins of roasting time will take the wings from good to great!!!
