instructions were a bit unclear but once together it came out good. i used what was left of the marinade to make a sauce.

I cooked the chicken on the stove, but I think grilled would be even better. I also think some type of sauce would go well with this, but overall very good!

It turned out absolutely yummy. I've fixed it several times and for tonight for my birthday dinner. Except I like to have my peppers in cubes and I added onion for more flavor. ❤

I used a dash of paprika instead of the chili powder. It was absolutely delicious! Can't wait to make it again.

very easy meal prep idea. can be made easier with already prepared ingredients such as instant Spanish rice, pre cut veggies, and even pre seasoned chicken.

This is a really good recipe for a chicken!! I 100% recommend it! I made it for lunch and i have no regrets😂

I substituted quinoa for the rice and it turned out great. I also let my chicken marinade for at least 30 minutes then cooked in a cast iron seasoned skillet. So yummy

Delicious! i made more marinade than i needed, didnt toss the rest and used it to stir fry the bell peppers along with onions and string beans! then rolled it up into a tortilla instead of rice and boom magic lol! But next time I'd marinate it for an 1 or 2 hours before cooking.

There wasn't enough sauce for the rice but that may have been my fault otherwise very tasty

Great economical meal. Added grilled jalapeños. A drizzle of Sriracha sauce would add to the meal but good without

I really like this meal prep though I did alter it as I have yet to learn how to grill or skillet chicken . Instead I got rotisserie chicken piece from the market and shredded them. Still delicious. Also you do not need four cups of rice. Oopsie!!😂
