- 3 Tbsp. chili flakes
- 1 stick rosemary
- 1 whole dried chilies (for garnish, optional)

Directions
- Gently heat 200 milliliters of oil with the chili flakes in a deep pan or wok for 4 minutes, taking care not to boil.
- Strain the chili flakes and pour the oil into a clean, sterilized bottle.
- Fill the bottle with the remaining oil.
