Very tasty. I needed to cook a bit longer than called for. We put on Christmas Carols and kicked back till ready

it turned out amazing. i modified it somewhat to work with ingredients i had and i also forgot the flour and milk, but i added spanish rice and fresh jalapeno with the peppercorns to it. it came out more like a taco casserole without the flour and milk but it still tasted phenomenal.

A really forgiving recipe that has a lot of opportunities to experiment. Do yourself a favor and usd high quality salsa and cheese. I also used half fresh assorted chilies and half canned, making spice level easy to adjust.
