Good flavor, super easy....I added some shredded chicken, as my family likes meat. I have made this twice.

This was a lovely & easy recipe which I will make again! There are a few things I’d do differently next time, but it was still tasty and fun to make in my first attempt. The dish didn’t rise in the baking process as much as I’d anticipated, so you should probably double the batter if you want a thicker casserole or if your pan is even slightly larger than the size recommended. I also suggest slicing the chilies into smaller pieces, and softening them in the microwave because they were still a little firm for my liking, even though I overcooked the dish a bit. (Take it out of the oven sooner than later if you can’t decide.)

Will definitely make it again 🤗 paired it with rice & beans and made some yummy green salsa

This is a faster way of making Chile’s, if your craving it or don’t want to fry them. I stuffed the chili’s with tuna mixture and made a sauce. I will make this again.
