- 14 oz. macaroni (dried)
- 3/4 cup light cream
- 1 1/4 cups whole milk
- 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese (grated)
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese (finely)
- 2 cups fresh breadcrumbs
- 1/2 tsp. chile flakes (dried)
- 1 clove garlic (crushed)
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter (melted)

Directions
- Heat oven to 400F. Cook pasta in a large saucepan of salted, boiled water 6 minutes or until al dente. Drain and return to pan.
- Add cream, milk, and cheeses and cook, stirring over low heat, 3-4 minutes or until pasta is thoroughly coated. Spoon into a large baking dish.
- Place breadcrumbs, chile flakes, garlic and butter in a bowl and toss until well combined. Sprinkle over pasta mixture and bake 6-8 minutes or until golden and crispy.
