Really tasty, authentic and relatively easy recipe.
Followed it to a tee w/ a bit less beef
Reducing and thickening the broth/sauce took MUCH longer than the recipe suggests, so allow at least 45 extra minutes after adding all the broth. (Could be because of reducing the beef to only 1.25 lb)
Also and more important;
chili paste could be strained after blending for a smoother, more refined finish.
With a slight change...a delicious keeper.
