- 1 Tbsp. flaxseed meal (or chia seed meal)
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. turmeric (each of, garlic powder, kala namak, Indian black salt, baking soda, cumin powder)
- 3 Tbsp. plain yogurt (non dairy, unsweetened or lightly sweetened, I used unsweetened So Delicious coconut milk yogurt)
- 1 1/4 cups water
- tomato slices
- red onion (slices)
- jalapeno (slices or pickled jalapeno slices)
- chopped cilantro (optional)

Really nice. Didn't use koriander or jalapeno, but added red paprika. did it with goats cheese and spinach and tomato and spring onion and yoghurt on top. Lovely!
