  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh mint (finely)
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Spike Seasoning
  • salt (to taste, about 1/2 teaspoon)
  • 1 large egg (extra, beaten)
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil (or grapeseed)
  • 1/3 cup fat free greek yogurt (plain, I used Fage Total 0% Greek Yogurt.)
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons sauce (Tahini)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice (fresh squeezed)
  • 1/4 teaspoon minced garlic (finely, or more)
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin (or more)
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground sumac (or more)
  • 2 tablespoons water (to thin to desired consistency)
