Liked the idea of the simple flavors! However I preferred using my magic bullet blender vs mashing by fork. I did need to add several tablepoon-sized dollops of Tzatziki to add that Mediterranean flavor and to make it so that it wasn’t too dry to grind chickpeas in my blender. I also added Dijion mustard which is tangier than plain yellow mustard. When finished blending, I added chopped fresh tomatoes and chopped English cucumbers. Then, I padded bottom of hollowed pita with spinach leaves and added filling! It was DELICIOUS!!! Hubby topped it with homemade garlic. Will definitely make again!! (Note: Little strange that measurements were a combo of metric & Imperial!)
