Really good. Rises really well. Light texture. Cooked evenly. I substituted canola oil for the avocado oil and 1/8 cup white sugar and 1/8 cup of light brown sugar for the maple syrup. Did not use the apple cider vinegar this time but will add it next time to see if there’s any difference. Will definitely make again. Delicious.
