Too much poultry seasoning! 1 teaspoon is a better amount. I think you have way too much garlic and onion salt. I used 2 teaspoons each of the plain granulated and added 1 teas salt. I also would steam it first for 1/2 hour next time then bake it to crisp it a little on the outside. I also added 1/2 cup more water to it 3/4 cup of broth was not enough liquid.
