I liked it but I add 8 oz of cream cheese and left out the broth water to cover vegetables some thyme maybe two teaspoon and parsley I might have added a teaspoon of slap ya mama to I also used a big diced chicken breast fried it till brown then added sausage and vegetables thyme and other spices and rice cooked for about 35 minutes then added cream cheese it came out good I didn’t get sick yet and I think I will make it again but use smoked instead of polish sausage

The recipe calls for too much rice and not enough seasoning. It turned into a bland risotto. I won't bother to make it again, but if you do, use .25 cups of rice and add a bit of paprika and other spice. Also, don't use a spicy Italian sausage as it will overpower the soup.
