- coconut oil (for frying)
- 2 cloves garlic (smashed chopped finely)
- 800 chicken breast (skinned and diced)
- 100 grams butter
- 100 grams plain flour
- 800 mL milk (warm, or almond milk)
- 2 tsp. mustard seeds
- 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1 tsp. Himalayan salt
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- 2 tsp. herbs (mixed)
- 8 tsp. cranberry sauce (that has very little sugar and no preservatives if you can. Recipe below for homemade.)
- 8 camembert cheese (or more slices)
- milk (for glazing pie)
- 500 grams plain flour
- 400 grams butter (cubed)
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 inch flour (a food processor blend, salt, butter)
- 2 sour cream (slowly add, until a ball forms, remove, cover with plastic wrap and place in the fridge for 20 mins)
- 300 grams fresh cranberries (or frozen)
- 1/2 cup water (or orange juice)
- 1/2 cup honey
