This recipe is incredibly bland and barely even tastes like a curry to be honest. I realise it’s supposed to be quick and easy but it is really lacking in flavour. I ended up improvising and throwing in a ridiculous amount of extra ingredients before it was to my liking. The recipe advices using 1 teaspoon of curry powder, I used about 6 or 7!! I also added a few extra teaspoons of garam masala, 1 extra teaspoon of fresh ginger, 1 teaspoon of ground cumin, 1 teaspoon of ground coriander, 1 teaspoon of hot chilli powder, a big pinch of salt and pepper, a small bunch of freshly chopped coriander stalks and leaves, a squeeze of half a lemon and 450ml of chicken stock!! I then reduced the sauce down for 15-20 mins to intensify the flavour further. Finally, I sprinkled a little more freshly chopped coriander leaves on top to serve and it tasted really good in the end! I wouldn’t waste your time making the original recipe, follow my additional steps if you want a curry with flavour.

This was delicious!
I had to make my own garam masala with spices because I couldn't find it in local stores; nonetheless my two year old and I loved it!
Maybe a little sweeter than I anticipated, otherwise no complaints!

It was super mild, definitely needed more spice and oomph! But I appreciate this is a kid friendly curry so I’ll just add more curry powder next time ☺️

It was pretty easy to make and I added a quarter of jalapeño to give it an extra kick to the spices. It was delicious. I think the recipe needs to include at least half a teaspoon of salt, but other than that, this one is great. We used Passata as tomato puree and the flavor is awesome!

Nice easy recipe, used cocconut frylight and reduced fat coconut milk to make it a bit healthier. Let it cook longer than 15 minutes too for the sauce to thicken but nice base to start

Turned out really well!! Was very quick once you start cooking. Only improvement would be add more seasoning

I'd say from the recipe probably a bit more curry powder next time. Something different and tasty though

I love this tastes! Only thing for me is that it’s a bit too watery. I’m gonna try it with less coconut milk next time.

Great, I changed the masala for chilli flakes and 5 mixed spice to make it hotter. Great dish.

I made it just now but i substitute the masala with other spices. I dont have garam masala at home. It was great! I will make it again when im lazy cos its easy and simple compared to my mom chicken curry

The recipe was very easy to make and was uncomplicated, the chicken went really well with the white rice.

Really tasty, I used roasted tomatoes that I had in the fridge and it was scrummy and quick!

You need to add more seasoning to this dish and maybe a chili or two. Then it would be great.:)

Bland as is, it needs salt, pepper and a lot more curry powder. Chilis or anything spicy would help too.

There is bland and then there is this curry. Not even my kids (3&4) like it. Will not make again.....

tomato puree over powers everything. Had to add quite a bit of seasoning and desicated coconut to try and bring the coconut flavour back.
