- 2 slices ginger
- 3 cloves garlic (sliced)
- 1/4 cup chicken stock
- 2 tsp. light soy sauce
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. oyster sauce
- 1/4 tsp. white pepper
- 1/4 tsp. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. sesame oil
- 3 Tbsp. vegetable oil (divided)
- 1 Tbsp. Shaoxing wine
- 2 tsp. cornstarch (mixed with 1 tablespoon water)
