This was delicious! I did take the advice and added Sriracha to the mustard paste to give it a kick and added a little red wine vinegar. I let the paste sit on the chicken for a couple hours. I also added mushrooms when I went to"combine the rest of the ingredients" and cook for 20 min. It was SO good with those additions. My boyfriend said this was the best chicken he has ever eaten. Thank you for sharing!

This turned out delicious but I think that the next time we make this, I will try adding a bit of cornstarch to the sauce to allow for a bit of thickening prior to serving. Thanks for an easy and very tasty way to serve chicken breasts!

Delightful if you like mustard and bacon. Would have again, but it does need some chopped parsley for presentation. The color can be off putting to the kids.

This is really flavorful and easy to make. I used some short cut products like pre-chopped onion, pre-cooked bacon, and thin sliced chicken breast; this cut the total time down to 20 minutes! Served with sauteed mushrooms & broccolini, big hit with the family :)
