- 3 cups water
- 1 cup finely chopped onion (1 medium onion)
- 1 cup chopped celery (finely)
- 1 cup carrots (coarsely chopped)
- 3 cups cooked chicken (diced)
- 2/3 cup long grain brown rice
- 1 Tbsp. poultry seasoning (I used Penzeys)
- 1 pinch pepper flakes (I used some wonderful Turkish pepper flakes from Burcu, thanks Burcu!)
- 3 cups collard greens (sliced and coarsely chopped)
