- 4 cups cooked chicken (chopped, I also have used turkey)
- 4 green onions (medium, chopped, 3 tablespoons)
- 3/8 cup chopped walnuts (depending on how nutty you want it)
- 1 cup poppy seed dressing (creamy, I use Briannas and it uses 2/3 of the bottle)
- 8 oz. cream cheese spread (I use the reduced fat)
- 8 flour tortillas (10 inches in diameter)
- lettuce (Baby, I used some Artisan lettuce that I found at Costco that we like baby heads of lettuce)
- 1 3/4 cups strawberries (finely chopped, for me the more strawberries the better)
