- 1 onion (chopped)
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 ginger (big spoon of lazy, or real ginger grated)
- 1 tsp. chilli powder (mild, or hot if you like it spicy!)
- 2 tsp. ground coriander
- 1 tsp. turmeric
- salt (Grinding of, or more to your taste)
- 1 tsp. garam masala
- 1 passata (small carton, or you could use a tin of chopped tomatoes or several chopped fresh tomatoes)
- 4 chicken breasts (chopped)
- 200 grams spinach (chopped if you like, I left mine whole)

So easy to make and the kids (6 & 7) loved it.
I used chicken thigh, and added an extra tin of chopped tomatoes because the previous reviewer said it was dry. I think I got it spot on!
