Rice is underrated. I found that out after spending years and years eating pasta and I just got a little tired of it. Rice is healthy, tastes great and there are so many options how to make it delicious! This recipe is a simple rice bake with chicken, cheese sauce and zucchini. At the end the meal looks like a lasagna with no lasagna ingredients in it.

- 120 grams rice
- 1 chicken breast (small)
- 1/2 zucchini (a small)
- salt
- pepper
- chilli powder
- cream cheese
- cheese (your choice to put on top)

Directions
- Dice the chicken breast to small pieces and mix it with the chilli powder, pepper and salt. Then fry until golden.
- Cut the zucchini into thin slices and if you want to, mix it with any seasoning you like. I just used salt.
- Keep the juice from frying the meat on the pan and add some water to it. Let it boil and add a spoon of the cream cheese to make the sauce more soft.
