I adjusted the recipe for my needs but it came out well. I had a can of Enchilada sauce but it was hot hot hot so i dropped the chili powder. i also no longer cube chicken ot is too much hassle, I cook the breasts in the crockpot whole and then shredded them at the end before i mixed ina c an of corn (drained) and 2 cups of cheese but my family enjoyed it so it worked for me.
