- 3 bay leaves
- 1 cauliflower head (medium, sliced into florets, will make 3-4 rounded cups of "rice")

I made this using the specified ingredients but loosely approximating the quantities. Totally loved it, it smelled great but be careful with the spices they’re a lot more powerful than you think.
