Very good! Used brown rice made in rice instant pot with chicken broth then transferred over

Very good. I doubled the recipe. I could not find converted rice (that means instant rice, if you were unaware like me), so I cooked regular rice separately. I added the cooked rice with the broth, tomatoes, etc. Although I doubled the recipe, I didn’t double the broth because my rice was already done. I would use more Cajun seasoning next time. Serve hot sauce on the side for people who want more kick.

Very delicious. Bought McCormick Cajun seasoning, thought it would be too spicy for the kids so I used half the amount. Turns out it's not very spicy, will try more next time. Otherwise, awesome!

Great!!! The flavors of the spices and sausage really were terrific. The rice came out perfect.
