    This was seriously one of the best soups I have made. The chili oil made it and the dill and lemon added depth. I added carrots as well. I didn’t use 8 cups,of water but added 6 cups of chicken stock and two cups of water as others in the blog as recommended Will make again , one other suggestions is to use a little less rice and more stock to make more like a soup not a stew
