Good flavor, but the directions were pretty vague. I too used cooked rice and it cut the usual time down.

Easy and delicious. Cooked the rice separately and added to the soup at end to warm up the rice!

I made this but modified it by adding potatoes, zucchini and I used pasta instead of rice I plan on using rice next time to try that out though. It was delicious! A hit at my house, thanks!

Great soup! And easy to make. Needed more broth though. Or just add less rice.
Will definitely make again.
