- 3 Tbsp. champagne vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 1 pinch sea salt
- 3 freshly ground black pepper
- 4 cups salad greens (fresh, I used a mix that included sprouts)
- 5 oz. soft goat cheese
- 2 cups rotisserie chicken (diced, or leftover roasted chicken)
- peach salsa (fresh, recipe above)
- 6 pieces naan bread (grilled)
