- 2 1/2 Tbsp. butter (divided)
- 2 Tbsp. whole wheat flour
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 4 oz. cooked chicken breast (including meat and skin)
- 1/4 brown rice (1/4 cup of dry rice which equals approximately ¾ cup cooked)
- 1/4 asparagus (3 ounces)
- 1/4 gravy (an unapologetically generous portion)
