- 1 cup low sodium chicken broth
- 3/4 tsp. sea salt
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp. ground cumin
- 1/8 tsp. ground cloves
- 1/4 cup chopped almonds (toasted)
- 1/4 cup raisins (yellow)
- 1/4 cup Manzanilla olives (with or without pimiento, roughly chopped)
- 12 oz. unsalted butter (at room temperature)
- 12 oz. neufchatel (or full fat cream cheese, at room temperature)
- 1 3/4 cups unbleached all purpose flour (+ more for work surface)
- 1 3/4 cups whole wheat pastry flour
- 3/4 tsp. fine sea salt
- 2 eggs (lightly beaten)
