It is very good; however, I used shrimp instead of chicken but will try with chicken next time. I used jerez (sherry) as I am in Spain.
It took much longer to prepare than 30 min. Does your timing include getting all the stuff together before the preparation? Maybe it's me but the recipes always take longer to get ready than the stated times.
With that being said it was excellent. If not for the time I would have given it a 5. Thank you
