- 10 oz. cheese ravioli (Non-frozen preferred but whatever you have will work. I used Rana brand.)
- 1 lb. chicken breasts (Thin, 4-5 Chicken breasts Or boneless chicken thighs)
- 1 1/2 tsp. minced garlic
- 3/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup chicken broth (Low Sodium Preferred)
- 1 cup shredded Parmesan (Fresh is better but pre grated works too! Extra for topping.)
- 2 Tbsp. butter (non-salted)
- 2 cups spinach
- 1 tsp. smoked paprika (Egg Wash)
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- salt (unchecked, Optional Topping)
- black pepper (unchecked)
- 2 tsp. thyme
- 3 tsp. basil (I used fresh but dried works too. If using fresh, lightly chop beforehand. If using dried, use 1 1/2 tsp.)
- 1/4 tsp. salt (For the sauce)
