- 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts (cut into thin strips)
- 3 Tbsp. soy sauce (divided)
- 12 oz. broccoli (broken into small florets, 4 cups)
- 8 oz. fresh green beans (halved, 2 cups)
- 1 bunch green onions (cut into long slices, divided)
- 2 tsp. cornstarch
- 2 oranges
- 1/2 cup fresh basil (roughly torn)
- rice (or noodles, to serve)

Directions
- Heat the butter in a wok or large frying pan
- Add the chicken strips and 1 tbsp of soy sauce
- Cook for 5 minutes, stirring, until chicken starts to brown
