This was really good and easy to make. Will definitely make it again and jazz it up some

This was REALLY good! I didn't have any havarti and not a lot of sharp cheddar, so I used a little bit of everything that was in my fridge (sharp and mild cheddar, mozz, chihuahua, american, and parm). I added brown and white rice as well as mushrooms. I don't like thyme very much, so I added just a pinch. I also didn't spiralize the broccoli; I just thinly sliced the stems. Broiling it at the end was the perfect touch as it browned the cheese and broccoli a little. Delicious!
