Will make it again. I was missing garlic and cornstarch but it was still lovely.

this is delicious! i ended up using chicken i already had that happened to be marinated in a sweet jalapeño sauce and added a little cayenne pepper for a kick. definitely prep all the pieces ahead of time for timing!! (i forgot the garlic and had to pause!)
