Great recipe but wrong calorie information! I was disappointed to find when I went to this recipe at Betty crocker. Com that the recipe served 6 and was just under 500 calories as written. If you served 4 people as this yummy contributer states, you'd be eating 699 calories with the rice included. Great meal, but nowhere near as low cal as this posting says.
